I hope he doesn't get it. I don't want to see him at the All-Star game. An All-Star should be able to keep a mediocre team mediocre. As strong as he started the season, we are 5 games under .500, thirsty for road wins against piss poor teams and day-by-day showing less fight. Why do Knicks fans want to wish seeing him play brilliantly when he's on the floor with greats but fade here? He doesn't deserve it. When he let's the dog loose then make a case for All-Star.

He absolutely does deserve to make it this year.

Of course he does. It's quintessential Knicks. Stink up the season, and have that one guy who shows off that he's a star that contributes to a laughable franchise. KP should be down on the first half of the season (particularly the last few games). Instead he's insisting he should be starting over a guy who's team is in a playoff spot.

This is what happens when you half-ass through part of the season. They really need to remove player and media vote from the equation and let fans vote how they want to vote.
