Andujar
Austin
Bird
Drury
Gregorious
Lind
Torreyes
Wade
Walker

Those are all the infielders left. When figuring out who makes the roster, keep in mind Yanks also still have a glut of outfielders, some with big money, in Ellsbury, Frazier, Gardner, Hicks, Judge, and Stanton.

I could see Wade playing against lefties and Walker vs righties and Wade being a PR on days off, also Walker has been injury prone so Wade splitting time with Walker. Its a great thing Walker and Drury can play multiple positions. I see a lot of platooning and the DH spot being rotated.

Percentage wise, what would the number be to reach first base for Aaron Judge if he bunted?

I believe he needs 2 more months in the minors for the Yankees to receive 1 extra year of control. Might as well. My God this lineup has all-time lethal potential almost any way you slice it. Some combo of Walker, Drury, Torres and Andujar will be bringing up the rear of the order.

I didn't like the Drury trade at the time it happened and I still don't like it. He may end up being a solid player but I rather see Andujar. I think he has a higher upside. Andujar has also looked solid in the field. He's far from being a butcher at third. I think Cashman was listening to the media too much when a lot of the talk was about the Yankees going with two rookies at 2nd and 3rd. He seemed fine with it until late February.
Now, he did the trade for Walker. Which probably eliminates Wade starting at second. We went from two rookies on the infield, to two experienced players. The lack of experience talk definitely got to him. imo

Cashman wanted Drury and Walker all along, he was just waiting it out with the market dying down and guys price's dropping. Drury is getting 500K a year and under team control till 2019 not everybody on your team can be a star, Walker is getting 1 year 5 mill. A couple weeks ago the Yankees had no infield depth now they have too much I would rather have that problem and figure out the rest. Andujar has the higher upside he could be used in a trade for an ace pitcher the Yankees might just get Manny Machado next year anyways. The Yankees just got better thats the bottom line now you figure out the rest of the parts, if you wanna beat the Astros (who in my eyes are the AL favorites) and win a world series you keep adding pieces and figure out the rest. I do see a lot of platooning and the DH spot being rotated this year.

Tyler Austin has been impressive this spring and is way younger, so.

I kind of wanted to see Lind up here, he's a lefty that can pinch hit pretty well. But, we do need the depth so his spot will go to one of the kids, I'm guessing it's Tyler Wade. Walker can play backup 1st if need be.

Huge fan of Tyler Austin. I love that kid as a OF-1B bench guy.

So I'm guessing the 25th man is either Wade or Austin?

El Gary might mess around and win the MVP this yr. Catchers get shown love whenever they put up stats since its the most demanding position.

And Ryan Ruocco is better than Michael Kay.

wow is MLB the worst stuffy organisation? Judge on his own says something to another team's player and they get all bent out of shape? imagine if any of these idiots ran the NBA.

LeBron says **** like this all time and no one bats an eyelash. LOL

I didn’t even take what Judge say the wrong way. It was more of a compliment to Machado and the Yankees personally. I didn’t feel like he threw any teammates under the bus either.
