you build you culture when you have your core in place...we don't have our core in place and we just make it more difficult for ourselves to build a core by drafting in the mid-late lottery...

the fact courtney lee is playing 20+ minutes every night and dotson can't crack 10 minutes is a damn joke. This should be a development and evaluation period. Guys like Lee/Beasley/Kanter and even Timmy at this point should be playing minimal minutes.

Mudiay/Frank/Dotson/Hicks/Williams/Kornet/Burke with spot minutes from the vets.

My hopes are not high, but Perry deserves some time.

Mills has been here for years and is clueless though.

Yo fck this dude. I used to not really care about him too much. It was whatever. We had to make a deal for Melo and this is what we got. But now this dude is like thinking this is his team, and he's playing for the playoffs. FOH. He's straight up fcking up our future, and rubbing our noses in it. Fck him.

You're going to be livid when he resigns 4 for 92!

Steve Mills signs Tim Hardaway Jr to a contract that the Knicks were only in competition with themselves. There was no way Atlanta was going to match that.

To me, Mills intentionally sabotaged the incoming GM. No cap space turned off former Cavs GM David Griffin who is gifted in moving players and massaging egos (Lebron). So we get a guy who has worked with teams that have not had a tradition competitive spirit. Enter Scott Perry.

I’d take it because we’re desperate but that will only reinforce the decisions by this organization.

love what trey burke is having to say about the attitude of players. not even going to address how in the world they supposed to guarantee a loss.

i agree that at this point we should be starting younger players and basically only playing vets to spell them. that said i look at yesterday's box score and don't see an abuse of vets. i count tim as a young core piece, and he led in minutes. then frank...

beasley and hicks baically split minutes at the 4. maybe kornet could get more of KO and kanter's minutes. dotson... something must be up with him for him to not be able to crack the rotation.

frank, trey, and mudiay have a tough minutes splitting situation and are taking all of the PG minutes and all of the backup SG minutes. if you think lee shouldn't be playing at all... i don't know about that, but then i guess those are your dotson minutes there.
RIP magnumt

welcome home, thibs.

Perry was a key executive during the Pistons run from 2000-2007.

True. Not expecting much.

The one thing this team is great at is creating escape goats. Hornacek will obviously be the next to go. Then you wonder if they will try to flip things on KP at some point or Perry or maybe the next coach?

I could understand it earlier in the season when they’re in the playoff mix. But your team is awful, you’re not going to make the playoffs and you were a starter all year. Show some grasp on the reality of the situation.

You lost to this Bulls team with a worse record than you 3x. How delusional is this guy?

Yeah Perry was a great advisor with the Pistons before the three point revolution. What the hell is his plan here? I have no idea what kind of team he's building. A garbage one.

Perry has shown he is useless, he has been given enough time. Get rid of him.

How could they let us win this game? This team management doesn't care about getting a top pick. As fans, we need to demand more losses and tanking, and we should stop watching or going to see the team until they do that.

Thanks Perry for setting this franchise back 10 years.

He was hired after the draft and after free agency. What were you literally expecting during this season? He hasn't had even one full offseason yet. Difficult to build a team that fast without cap space and/or draft picks.
