i disagree...and its not a bad thing. But I have to believe it will have some impact IMO.

But mills/perry are very cognizant of them being the only minority President/GM duo in basketball...they had a diversity council about it. I have to believe there will be some consideration in that area

it actually belittles the merit of the black coaching candidates to suggest they will in part be a diversity hire. please cut the bs because if jay wright wanted this job he’d be our head coach tomorrow.

we are a conducting a wide coaching search that happens to include several, qualified black candidates. nothing more to look into or extrapolate into indentiy politics.
