Easy choice - Hire FOE*. Y’all know I’d still read what everyone has to say.

Mitchell is playing well, but these armchair fans gonna WRONGLY dismiss Frank already?!?! :-?

I REALLY love the versatility and Defense of Frank.

Ok so by this logic Brett Brown's, Magic Johnson, and Danny Ainge's legacy's are also defined by not picking Mitchell... Can't just pick and choose who passed on Mitchell to fit narratives. Lets also not forget that Mitchell was 6-20 last night... He's still very much a volume scorer with inconsistent D.

I love Frank, but I think it's fair to say that in hindsight, we should've picked Mitchell. Dude is a flat out stud

Mitchell is from New York, but plays in Utah, trust me we will have a shot to bring him home someday.

For me, I'd root for whomever we Draft, but I do have my favorites so far (no order of preference):
    • Mikal Bridges
    • Miles Bridges
    • Trey Young
    • Knox
    • Sexton

- I don't want anything to do with Wendal Carter or Michael Porter Jr.

- If we end up in the Top 3, I'd want in order: Doncic, Bagley, Ayton.

really hard to get young stars to walk away from supermax money.

if he's doing well there and the team is winning, he'd have no reason to leave MAD paper on the table. NY isn't THAT awesome. when you've got money you can visit whenever you want in the offseason.

for someone like mitchell to end up back in NY it would probably mean he did not play himself into max potential. but we'd have to pay non-bird max to lure him away.

people need KD-like reasons to walk away from that gwizzop.

Wendell Carter is how I viewed Johnathan Isaacs last Draft. Dude just doesn't seem to be worth it for me, and I was as adamantly against Isaacs (correctly so) too.

Porter is just too risky injury wise for us and while his Jack of all trades toolset is no doubt appealing, we can't afford to have that many injury risk players.

hmmm... i liked isaac last draft. i wouldn't close the book on him. he was hurt pretty much all year.

not seeing the carter/isaac correlation. anything in their games? or just tier of player you're not interested in?

some luka lottery magic would be nice tho.

So will Isaac. Not great but very solid two way player. Though I did hate the fit for us. Also for Orlando, hate to say it :-?
