This is embarrassing.

Raptors need to do some soul searching and decide if they're content with being an upper-echelon treadmill team or if they want to blow it up. Derozan would be a good place to start.

Knicks might have dodged a bullet with Stackhouse if this is what the Raptors develop.

Just kidding. Just kidding.

Can't believe there's actually a thread on the Raps board lauding JV - have never seen a center miss so many 2 ft shots. One time, they even stopped after a foul was called, and he still didn't make the 2fter!

They are stuck with that team. Way over the cap. I can't see them doing anything other than riding it out. Those contracts are crazy long term deals. Kyle/DD/JV/Serge close to 100mil right there.

Nor muster the interest

I just feel like the Warriors are going to try every center no one else wants.

Why? They've got Bell and could have kept Looney, but didn't. Both are very good.

We have learned this much from the NBA playoffs, which is NOTHING has changed over the last THREE seasons:

1. Toronto Raptors' This is our Year B.S. suckered in a lot of sports writers including ESPN Chicago Sarah Spain who picked them to go to the NBA Finals.

2. Philadelphia 7-foot-6ers would clobber the Boston Celtics and make their way to the NBA Finals. Unlike the Raptors, the Sixers are way more seductive story. Boston's coach Brad Stevens exposed Ben Simmons' lack of a jump shot and Embiid's low NBA IQ.

What it tells me as a fan, the NBA is a depressing place. There's no change. Nothing to get excited about. Let's face it, as a Knicks fan you need a surrogate because this franchise is not sniffing the playoffs anytime soon.

It'll be 3 more seasons and that's assuming everything goes right before the Knicks are ready to challenge in the playoffs.

Had Cleveland making it to the finals, but didn't think they would destroy the Raptors like this. At least we are not the only ones suffering.

PF: Sabonis | Lauri Markkanen
SF: Lebron | Lauri Markkanen
