Hard to pass on Wendell though. He will be a stud in the league.

Best option truly is to trade down to #12 and #13. Move Trey Burke in the deal if needed. Clippers move up to take Wendell Carter.

Knox

Is there a trade down option? I probably go BPA in this scenario, take Wendell Carter and see if I can deal him to a team that's willing to pay up. If we were keeping the pick, I take Miles Bridges.

Boils down to Wendell Carter, Miles Bridges and Collin Sexton for me.

Fiz seems to like our current set of guards but ultimately went with Sexton as I believe he has the most potential in becoming a star in the NBA.

Torn between Carter and Sexton. But I picked carter.

Sexton fills our biggest need of creating shots off the dribble, penetrating and getting to the FT line.

But Carter has high upside on both ends of the floor. It seems Sexton has a good motor on defense but does not have good defensive instincts from what i am hearing.

Miles is intriguing to me now too that he lost weight. I am actually interested to see if he became quicker and if that helped his agility and elusiveness in creating off the dribble. still seems like a gamble to draft him because we don't know if he has the ballhandling skills to be a good wing player.

This is worst case scenario. I take Knox in this situation.

This poll is flawed in the first place. Only 4 Cavs fans voted and I would say over half of Cavs fans think LeBron is staying, so they probably voted Mikal because he is a guy that can contribute right away.

In the Grizzlies forum Porter I think got 2 of the 3 votes there.

In this scenario, it's either Miles or Carter.

I think it's too hard to pass up Wendell here.

Dude is the most talented player on the board, and while his fit with KP is questionable, he will still be a really good player

I think the fit will be good. It will be like the eastern conference frontcourt version of Boogie and Anthony Davis

edit: i know Boogie's career is probably done because of that achilles, but if he didn't get hurt.

if carter is there 9th, i'd take him.

avoid miles bridges at all costs, he looks like baby poo.

I am going to go on record and make this prediction. Wendell Carter will make an all star appearance by his 4th year in the league

I think most people believe they will take Mikal if Lebron stays. If he goes I can see Wendell Carter/Bridges/Bridges/Sexton at their pick. Wouldn’t be surprised to se Sexton go to the Cavs.

Ideally I want a wing, but I would go Wendell Carter in this situation. Think he is the best prospect available. Not sure how well he will fit next to KP long term, but I would worry about that later and just focus on adding bpa.

Maybe this is a scenario where the Clippers would consider a deal for #12/#13 if they move Jordan.

Choosing between Miles and Sexton is hard for me. As of right now, I think I'd go with Miles simply because we have bigger need at the wing. But I have both Miles and Sexton rated 6th and 7th on my board.

As much as I like Carter, I think I'm going to pass. I don't like the fit with KP and I think Miles and Sexton are better prospects.

Going Bridges here. He's BPA in my opinion and you hope that the kid's work ethic and shooting stroke translate.
