The team is at 104 million with just 12 and 1 draft pick. The cap is at about 101 million and we used one of our exceptions on Ron Baker. Perry knows that this roster is pretty much locked in. He can't say very much.

Even if we stretched Noah, it wouldn't help us this season since his salary would remain on the cap till next season when it splits up. We're pretty much stuck where we're at thanks to the stupidity of our previous frivolous spending.
