What's there to hold up the off-season is 3 months. Draft is schedule to be completed Wednesday no matter what. So I ain't holding **** up. I will be using as much time as I want to improve my team and have my pick in during my timeslot.

Your the one that's complaining. If the rules were to pick 2 hours after the previous pick then I would get your point, but there not. There's a dedicated Timeslot for each pick and I will take advantage of it. If the person picking before me was smart they should wait right before there time is about to expire to pick.
