And the dude can just fly, too

Dude can fly, handle the ball well for a 7fter and has range out to 3. Love this selection!!!!

Some of these dunks are just ridiculous

Tell you what, I wouldn't be afraid to let him go up against Embiid. Joel is obviously the premier big in the league right now, but right now, with his ability to stretch the floor, take it off the dribble and get up quick... this kid would give Embiid fits!!! HYYYYPPPPEEEDDDD!!!!!
Those last 70 seconds, Randle in a nut shell.

Awful 2 for 1 3PT attempt when we are up 2
Doesn’t close out on Sabonis --> open 3
Takes another side step off balance 3

We got sucked into the Randle vortex where all good feelings go to die.

seems uber talented but not very smart based on the interviews ive watched of him. doesn't seem like a high IQ guy. we could have the next JaVale McGee on our hands

Love the pick. Best player available by far. Insanely athletic for a big man. Low risk, high reward. He either gets cut after a year ala Diamond Stone and Stephen Zimmerman, or he becomes Whiteside-esque

Carter IMO is gonna have a great career. I like that they picked Knox over Porter tho, but a lot of projecting Knox is potential rather than production. He wasn't a good defender in college, and I hope he can turn in up a level.

He is a 5 star prospect with a unicorn type combo of size and athleticism.

Very different situations but I get a DeAndre Jordan vibe with how he fell. A few teams got cold feet where he was supposed to fall and others didn't have the gumption to give up on their plan. He could be nothing. There are tons of questions about his past decisions, IQ, and drive that he'll have to answer. But the base to be a high impact player are there. It's stupid that he fell this far.

Having no stats sheets (Mitchell) is better than having too many medical reports (Michael Jr.).

I mean I would sign up for him to hit Whiteside level, an above average starter, as a 2nd rd pick. He looks to be more athletic than Whiteside and have more range. I can see him having Whiteside like inconsistency tho, but remember, that's still great value for a 2nd rd pick.

That twitter video shows why he was considered basically top ten before ditching college. His Blocking numbers was second to Bamba, and some considered him the most Natural Shot Blocker out of JJJ & Bamba.

Yeah that's true, still good value in the 2nd round. Just hope he could be playable when games matter, unlike Whiteside

He’s got the right college experience to be a Knicks rookie — he didn’t play and nobody knows why.
