I feel you but my prevailing thought of Tyrus is Joakim calling him out about never running. A lazy athlete if that makes any sense. Mitch is much more bouncy.

His standing around is probably more due to a lack of awareness than want-to. With Ty, he got that first round money and got lazy. I thought he’d be another Amare as far as rim running and weak side shot blocking.

I’m comparing his raw potential and shot blocking ability. That’s why I said with max potential. Tyrus use to block everything too.

Frank may never be among the higher twitch specimens naturally, but I do expect him to become more explosive. When you add bigger hops to his already elite stride coverage, he is a guy who should be able to jam it with a decent takeoff near the free throw line.

As long as Frank goes straight up with his shot and doesn't stop to think about it he will hit them at a high clip

Also wondering about him shooting off his heels. Maybe not an issue, but he could get so much more elevation and clearance on his shots.

I suppose the upside of Frank having relaxed motions is over time he may be less injury prone than some other guys
