Frank may never be among the higher twitch specimens naturally, but I do expect him to become more explosive. When you add bigger hops to his already elite stride coverage, he is a guy who should be able to jam it with a decent takeoff near the free throw line.

As long as Frank goes straight up with his shot and doesn't stop to think about it he will hit them at a high clip

Also wondering about him shooting off his heels. Maybe not an issue, but he could get so much more elevation and clearance on his shots.

I suppose the upside of Frank having relaxed motions is over time he may be less injury prone than some other guys
