Those CARMELO projections absolutely love him for some reason. I know it's absurd but on the rare chance that it can predict something like that, I'll take it.

They have him pegged as a future all-star worth 5 year/$190mil. A steal for $10

Yeah, I'm not worried about Knox. He been proving people wrong throughout his whole process. That's why I said you just know he gonna be a climber next year. I guarantee they change their tune on him.

Is there a deadline date you want them in by?

Anyway you want to do it. I was thinking just a rankings and then in a few more weeks we could each do one team and do a more in depth season preview.

Not really any rush for now. I’m on vacation this week so really won’t get to anything before Sunday. And then we still have a long way to go until the season starts again. I’d say maybe 2-3 weeks to get these done would be good.

My power rankings are in.

Anyone game to give the first set draft grades out? Particularly someone who watched a good amount of Vegas Summer League or someone willing to do a deep dive on DawkinsMTA YouTube vids of the rookies from Summer League?

I was the first one to send the Power Rankings. I reviewed each roster to find out their strengths and weaknesses, players' skills, stats, importance for their teams IRL and production in the last season, SIM ratings and projections of ratings for the next season. I also analyzed the fit of players on each team and the rosters' balance and depth, then I wrote a few lines about each team to guide me while I was making the rankings, but I opted to send only the lists, not my comments on each team. All I can say is that imo there will be two or three new strong candidates for the playoffs in the Eastern Conference, but I don't see that happening in the Western Conference at the moment. The playoffs race will be insane in the East this season.

Much respect for all the work that went into what you did to come up with your power rankings.

I went through a more concise process in coming up with mine but likewise, I was actually surprised by how many good teams there are this year in the east. Which ultimately ended up with me sitting at a lower ranking for my own squad than I originally thought I was gonna land at.

Additionally, I realized your team is gonna be sneaky good. You basically had an offseason that I don't think most GM's have recognized for it's excellence. But after going through my ranking process you ended up in the top 10 when originally at first glance I didn't perceive your squad as a top 10 BAF team. I slept on you and what you did this offseason.
