Interesting fun fact that I read from Knick’s film school regarding Knox. They pointed out that his hot month started at the same time as Trier’s injury and last night 19 of his 20 shots came with trier off the floor. It should be an interesting thing to monitor as the season goes along.

Trier will likely be our career 6th man. Instant offense off the bench and leader of the 2nd unit.

He and Knox are playing different roles for the Team and KFS is making unnecessary connections there IMO.

You’re right because causation doesn’t always equal correlation but I do think it’s something to watch as the season goes on because they both have similar weaknesses with tunnel vision. It’s better for us if the kids can play well together.

This board is going to be so painful to read during this tough stretch.

Or you pick Zion and play Knox and KD as 2 (interchangably... positionless basketball)

Would be possible to trade both Lee and Timmy without giving up this years pick?!

You can't start 5 guys who all need to score to be effective. It won't work. Also, that lineup would get killed on the boards. My preference is pairing KD with Rondo. You would already have the volume scorers in KD, KP, and Knox. You need someone with a high bball iq to orchestrate the offense and get these guys in their best spots to score. You saw the effect Rondo had last night. You need someone like that in your lineup. Starting 5 guys who all need to score won't work bc you're most likely going to be wasting one of them on the offensive end.

Fiz has me puzzled. Frank...hasn't played much lately. Mitch/Dot/Trier being hurt has sucked. Timmy is a mess. Burke can go. Take Mario with him. Mud is a backup. Kanter still can't play D. Kornet is a 15th man. Lee/MFLFT have been non factors. KP won't be back for months. The tank is strong right now.

Knox and Vonleh have been the only bright spots as of late. I just want to see more of the kids together. When Mitch gets back he can slot in to his role along side them. Frank/Trier/Dot/Knox/Vonleh needs to happen in the meantime. Mud/Tim/Kanter can stick together and keep the tank strong!

Perry got some work to do.
