Half of my life is gone following Marbury eating Vaseline, Curry just eating and getting blue balls from every FAs out there. If KD and Kyrie is coming.. and we have a chance for AD using Zion. So be it.

I'll be real - Knicks prob don't have a passable package for AD without Zion. Celtics will end up including Tatum and I'd take the Lakers grab bag over ours.

the key might be kyrie, if kyrie is leaving they aren't trading Tatum for AD....they would be stupid to mortgage the future with someone not locked into being a celtic beyond next year.

Agree, that's why Kyrie is key. Weakens BOS hand for AD deal and NYK benefits.

If Kyrie and Kd can’t carry us over the hump then at least we have prospects to fall back on. It’s kind of the Celtics route. Going all I means AD, KD, Kyrie, and a bunch of buyout candidates and ring chasing mfs. Hate to be in another Melo situation. Plus I’m not trading Mitch. Him with Kyrie and AD is unfair.

But to be fair how much more do the Knicks really need to add to Zion/DSJr/Knox/Frank? All of them have to be traded to make the money work but why would we have to give up multiple firsts on top of that...especially not the Mavs picks. And we definitely do not need to give up Mitch and Dot (money wise they can stay and fill out our roster)

Zion/DSJr/Knox/Frank/2021 NYK 1st as an offer is superior to Ingram/Ball/Kuzma/2 Laker 1sts and is on par with Boston’s package built around Tatum (who might not even be offered if we snag Kyrie cuz the Celtics won’t trade for AD without assurances to sign)

Edit obviously that’s only IF we get Zion. I think short of that we would probably have to unload the rest of our 1sts lol

It's all or nothing imo. Either we roll out Frank/DSJ/Knox/Mitch/Zion? or possibly
Kyrie/Trier/KD/AD/Mitch.. Yes it may sound crazy to part with a Zion/Future 1sts/Knox/DSJ package but it's going to take that to get Davis. Mitch is where things get complicated. Not sure I'd include him TOO
