i got a question lets say ntilkina and dennis end up underwhelming over the course of the season. there is nothing that gives you any faith either guy can be the starting point guard. We get the number one pick and james wiseman has proven to be the best player in the draft as the #1 pick and the 2nd best player in the draft is a point guard cole, lamelo, theo, hampton etc etc anyone of them is the 2nd best player in the draft.

Do you take the point guard or wiseman if you have the #1 pick?

Depends on margin and how good Mitch looks this year.

I weight position a little more (PG) but if another position looks like the clear cut #1 you have to take that.

If Wiseman is the clear #1 and there's a big gap after him you gotta take him. Figure it out later.

If there's a small gap then you trade down for a PG.

Draft Wiseman and just re-up Payton to be stopgap PG for year two and then tank again. *ducks*

Those of you that follow Lamelo, how does he look off the ball? I really don't want a guard who can't play much off the ball. I've heard comparisons to Shaun Livingston (young version with potential) and I just don't know about that. He might be good and even good in the pro's but would he really thrive here with us and RJ? Do you trust his outside shot and ability to move without the ball and spot up? I got Cole Anthony ahead of him for this reason, that kid's jumper looks really good so far.

If the basketball gods give us a chance to land James Wiseman you get him, run and sell those #32 Knick jerseys. I like how that kid approaches the game and I think he is going to be a star.

I haven't really seen him off the ball much to be honest. He'd fit perfectly with anybody. He's that type of player ala jkidd. From everything I've seen his shot looks good.

As for cole anthony that would be a no for me dawg.

Do not want.

from what I have seen, this draft won't produce many stars

I like Isaiah Stewart though, he's got that MWP body

He looks like a sure fire thing.

I'm reluctantly eyeing the LaMelo bandwagon because of the already existing baggage on it.

Frank
LaMelo
RJ
Knox
Mitch

Offense, defense, play making, size, length, switchability everywhere......interesting to imagine.

Yet it would be really hard to listen to his pops nonstop everywhere tho
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

That line-up would be delightful to watch.
