The Knicks seem done with the big stuff for now so Knicks news can get its own thread and the rest of the offseason stuff goes to "Around." XOXO.

“I’m happy to be a Knick,’’ Ntilikina said Sunday in his first comments since April while dropping by the Knicks’ 105-100 overtime summer league loss to the Suns. “I still take as much as I can get from every situation. I’m still in a Knick jersey. I’m happy to be here. I work very hard to make this situation successful.’’

Ndiaye encouraged Ntilikina to join Team France’s training camp later this month and play in the World Cup. Ntilikina didn’t sound like he was a lock, though, to play beyond the exhibition season.

“I’m looking forward to it,’’ he said. “It’s [down to] the last 17 [players]. If coach wants me, I’m definitely excited about that. I’m going in there to prove I belong on the team.’’
It’s been going great,’’ Ntilikina said. “I’m happy about it. I’m trying to get rhythm. I’m working a lot and happy where I am right now. [I’m working on] everything — my body, how I handle the ball and being where I’m comfortable moving around with the ball and without. I’ll do everything to try to be successful.”

Ntilikina was set to meet Barrett after Sunday’s game.

“I’m excited about meeting him,’’ Ntilikina said. “He’s very talented. Has a lot of potential. Otherwise he wouldn’t be here. The sky’s the limit for him.”

Low key solid move. I thought they'd go after Gallo. Maybe they still will.

They go depth with a superstar leading the charge. The west is gonna be a buzzsaw

Denver traded the rights to Donovan Mitchell for Trey Lyles. Wished we had given them Willie Hernangomez for that 13th pick.

Nuggets lucky that they are still good.

I wouldn't mind taking a chance on lyles he would be like insurance big man if taj gibson goes down. Mosgov got released by the magic he can still play in limited role wouldn't mind having him on the knicks he is center that can back up mitch robinson.

Raptor fans are starting to sound like Knick fans. They are eying free agency and think Giannis will join Masai in Toronto. Not impossible, but just sayin'

Not so lucky. They have an abundance of good pieces to the point where they can consider a guy that many teams would love to have as a sunk cost.

Then they're just as delusional as we are. Milwaukee can extend him early with a supermax deal before he gets to free agency. He's not turning down $250 million.

Giannis has the power to bring Thanasis back into the league. He’s strong arming that organization

Sounds like Leonard was really keen on recruiting a star. In my opinion, it seems like Clippers were his #1 choice the whole time. He was just trying to get a star with him in the process. I would have liked to see Jimmy Butler with him. I think that would have been better for the Clippers too. They would not have to give up as much assets.

Jimmy along with Kawhi on the clips would have been nice but Jimmy always struck me as a player that marched to the beat of his own drum though.

Jabari got 2/13 from ATL and we paid 2/31 for Portis

Seems about right.
