Good loss, even though it's to the annoying Jets but whatever. Anything to get a high pick and Shurmur/Bettcher out of here.

I feel good about the kid to be honest. He's actually been better than expected. He needs to clean up some mistakes, especially holding onto the ball, but he's tough, seems like a gym rat and there is no diva/maintenance with him. I think DJ will be fine.

he has to work on the fumbling and awareness, but other than that he's going to be good.
he's as bad at holding onto the ball as rj barrett is shooting free throws.

clearly better than what the giants currently have but not a game changer.
still a good player. re-signing him and hopefully drafting chase young is a start.

I don’t mind these losses now that we are out of it. And we had Jones perform well where I think we have our QB of the future. We need to start filling out the roster with a focus on the Lines and Defense. We likely need another receiver as Sterling will retire soon and Tate doesn’t fit the timeline. Slayton is a keeper.
