As a die hard Titan fan, I’m sorry to my fellow Knicks/Giant fans. He’s not good. $13M is an absolute joke.

GONYK wrote:I think the contract is a little more expensive than I would have anticipated, but you rarely see a CB of Jackson's caliber hit the market at 25. I don't mind striking while the iron is hot and trusting to figure it out as you go. Same with Golladay. We are paying these guys for prime years and taking advantage of a market that would normally be so much more competitive for their services.
We essentially traded Tomlinson and Zeitler for Golladay, Jackson and Rudolph.
Kevin Abrams has been an absolute wizard this offseason.

Remember, he was the CB1 with the Titans. Jackson will be our CB2. Less pressure to go against the premier receivers. That should be big for him.

Malcolm Butler was clearly the best CB for the Titans the last two seasons.

last year absolutely but Jackson was dealing with an injury all season and barely played.
Jackson was one of the best corners in the NFL from 2017-2019 seasons.
If he's healthy he is a really talented corner. There was a reason the Titans had him shadow the best WR's for most of his career in Tennessee.

Because he's fast as sh*t

Shadowing the other teams best WRs? That never happened. I just don’t want you guys to get your hopes up. I’ve watch every single game of Adorees career. I hope I’m wrong and he turns it around for you

He started off looking good the first few seasons yes. 2019 towards the middle of the season it started to fall apart for him.
are you suggesting he wasn't a really good corner his first 3 years in the NFL? He only has played 4 years in the NFL.
I'm trying to understand what you mean by turns it around like his career was going south. He had a poor year kicked off by an injury. He was a really good corner when he was drafted and his 1st 3 years in the NFL.
He is also 25 years old.
