No jinx.

The *lower* his total PPG probably the better the sign. If other guys are contributing in a balanced attack that lowers his shots per game, the much better off the club will be ... and what a great sign that would be about Julius’s willingness to defer and be part of a good, winning thing.

I don't understand, Randle is the by far the most efficient scorer on the knicks other than mitch who is just dunks mostly. He should be getting 18-20 shots a game.

Randle is ideal as a near 20 PPG scorer who has someone who emerges next to him as a close 2. Not saying that’ll happen but it would be a SIGN, I mean to say, if he comes in closer to 17 PPG, that someone or two guys on the roster emerged as very capable scorers as well.

A sign of a pretty good team already and an unselfish Randle who valued being on a good team more than hitting 45 here or there.

Again, I say it all comes back to Fiz because he has a deep, versatile and talented roster to work with that, sure, is missing the top superstar that makes for a title contender but should be enough to contend for a playoff spot in the weaker east. If the Knicks are terrible again it says more about the head coach, his staff and their performance than it does any individual player or the collection of them.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

I think Randle will get his no matter what.

But I feel like dsjr would have the biggest impact.

When he's on, he's shown signs of Derrick Rose lite. That type of play would open up SO many more players.

It would allow Frank to focus mostly on defense, and open him up for kick out 3s.

It would allow RJ to have less pressure to score for the Knicks right away, and have a major impact as the #3 overall selection.

It would sure as hell make scoring easier for Randle, regardless of how he needs to score. Would make it easier for those two to work together.

It would allow Mitch to get out in transition where he's best.

It would also, like Frank with the kick out 3s, open up Morris, Knox, Bullock, Ellington, or others on the perimeter as dsjr attacks the hoop.

I'm not a dsjr fan, and hope the Knicks can trade him for something good. But his potential is pretty high. He's just a mental problem, and not very bright. Not has he been held accountable for some stupid play.

But I feel he'd have the biggest impact on the other players and their success
