Well at least the Kahnle thing was self-explanatory. I'm getting worried about Britton though. If he's healthy, he's either playing or Boone is really stupid.

And if Britton is injured, I could see why Boone played with fire leaving Hale in and not putting in Ottavino. He pitched yesterday and might have wanted to give him a break for tomorrow's game.

EDIT: Nevermind, Boone's an idiot.

Britton pitched Thursday and only warmed up last night.

Its just the way Boone operates the exact opposite of how Torre ran the pen. He's thinking about the long run even though its only 60 games it does makes your head scratch. Hale has been a sneaky good pickup you prefer not to see him on the playoff roster but hes a guy who will help you get through the regular season. I like Nick Nelsons stuff since he has options I would guess he will get sent down (no 10 day rule this year) and bring up another arm or even call up Clint.

I may be late, but what happened to Sevy? Will he be back this season?

Dang IDk how I missed that. Hope Tanak, Pax and Cole can stay strong. Montgomery seems like he's back.

Don’t worry, the baseball season will be over soon. Manfred has warned the MLBPA that it will consider shutting down the season if the virus gets worse

Dang SMH but Manfred needs to blame himself too. He's not progressive at all. They should of did the same thing the NBA did, put them in a bubble. I remember they were talking about playing all the teams in Arizona and somewhere else I forgot. It makes no sense to have these guys risk getting the virus by going on planes etc... Oh well.

Manfred is an idiot. He handled the whole Astros cheating thing about as bad as you possibly can. And he's in over his head right now with managing covid and the restart. He should have done what the NBA is doing.

Just bring up Schmidt and Deivi and slot them in Paxton and Happ's spots.

Judging by last year and the restart exhibition games, Deivi is not ready. He got hit like crazy in AAA and Schmidt hasn't pitched in AAA and has only pitched 3 times in Trenton.

Can't even get angry at Boone for leaving Paxton in right now. Bullpen is thin without Kahnle and Chapman and the long relievers cleaning up the rest of the rotation's messes.

Andujar might as well be a full-time DH.

A walk by Stanton and back-to-back doubles from Sanchez and Urshela to tie. See, Yanks ARE allowed to score other than the homer.

Give me bullpen games then.

Make them long relivers, they suck as starters.
