Does baseball even know how to condition their players anymore? Stop with all the muscle growth exercises. I remember when Nolan Ryan first came up with the Mets. Just a scrawny kid who throw over 100 mph. Hank Aaron simply was born with powerful wrists. I'm not saying you can't add muscle tone and strength to make yourself a better ball player but there is a right and wrong way to do it. The Mets were actually using a football strength and conditioning coach until a year or two ago. I mean, WTF? Granted, sometimes it's on the players who go rogue because it's a contract year or they think they're on the verge of being released. I guess that's most of them. :noway:
