Seems like the reports of other guys being interviewed is just standard due diligence when it seems pretty clear Thibs is the guy. He’s arguably the best coach out there but he clearly must adapt. He’s said as much recently but he’s also trying to get a new job so who really knows.

My opinion, if you can't get your coach who's going to be "the guy," then just leave Miller in place for another year

Cause odds are our reset comes next offseason anyways, and it's always bad press to fire a coach after one year, so we can just axe Miller after next year with no bad press and bring in whoever the star players we go after want

Woodson not my #1 choice cause of his ISO heavy offense but I won’t be mad if we brought him back. Knicks did lead the league in 3’s under him too

yes and no. I'm sure they were setting up meetings and doing background work.

But I think because Miller is still a guy with a shot to keep the job they were waiting until we were officially done with our season to do official interviews.
