Meaning when we look back at this and say all the people who voted for Okoro move off him last second (to make sure someone else wins) then it really doesn't look like Okoro was voted for when in theory 4 people did actually want him at this spot.

well I fixed it no more revoting and now I switched my vote so it is back to way it was

we can have a tiebreaker if we all want with just the two candiates
