No.

Why the f*ck would we fire a coach that has brought us to .500? We're not talented at all, so most of this year is on Thibs (and Randle).

I get how people get pissed at him playing Elf long minutes, and also burying a lot of our youth, but come on..

Without Thibs this year, we might have been a bottom of the barrel team. I would have been all for that because of this coming draft and the possibility of adding another star, but that boat has sailed. Thibs is here, and he's coached this team to be dogs on D.

If we fire Thibs, who are we hiring that's better?

Are you serious? I'm not sure. This team is a top 3 team with a different coach?

Looked through the thread. Feel like only 1 or 2 people agree with OP. Nothing else to see here.

I was dejected after the Mavs game and all and no disrespect but this thread is even more absurd than the RJ Bust one.

Get rid of Elfraud Payton, get Thibs a proper pg or playmaker and he will look like a COY candidate.

Worst thread ever. Thibs has been a great coach. Top 3 for coach of the year.

Woody for sure. I feel D’Antoni had a hand in his own undoing.

My only pushback against the thought that we should tank this year is that the league is really bad and it was going to be impossible to be in the bottom 5 in the East and worse than the worst in the West.

He did ultimately, but the comparison is that we overachieved at first with him even as he was doing weird coach things.

This thread was created by FrothBrain. I wouldn't expect common sense from someone who self-identifies as having nothing but air between their ears. But they're MAGA, so I don't expect much from them.

did we really have to do all this? went out of your way to take a personal shot and connect it to politics. -JVG
