You do realize that defense wins games? Just take a look at all of Thibs' rings...

In all seriousness, we have to do whatever it takes to eventually get Donovan, Booker, that tier of SG here... Clearly being smallish and not playing much defense doesn't matter anymore. If your team doesn't have one of these guys in the future, you're not winning anything.

I was hoping that was a Mills thing but then we drafted Obi too. At least Quickley looks decent

Phil really effed up taking Frank over Donovan because he was thinking classic "team building" instead of "holy s*** we don't have any talent here, we need to just draft the best player available, regardless of positional fit."

But to be fair, nobody saw this coming from Donovan. He was a good college player (late bloomer) but not dominant... Perfect example of a player's game being better suited for the NBA than college.
