Unfortunately i think him to Philly for Simmons is a lock and Philly and Brooklyn will be the two favorites next year. Yuck

He’d basically have to ask to be traded there.
Portland doesn’t want to trade him. They would only trade him if he demanded it and put a list of destinations he wanted to be traded to. And they would listen to him

Portland isn’t a team that completely rebuilds ever so there gonna take Simmons over a team offering a boatload of picks
