Am trying to think of a roster I like less than ours and honestly could not think of any.
At least last year had that underdog feel that we loved rooting for.
Actually, Charlotte and also Washington are underwhelming in their own right. While they’ve been looking at some success recently, the overall talent level is nothing to write home about imo. Beal, Rozier, Harrell and Bridges seem like real warriors, but only one of them is a superstar while the rest of these rosters is a lot of hype and should probably fade come spring time.
Right now the grass is still often greener on the other side, granted, but in my view these two teams aren’t good examples.
Orlando really sucks, but they seem to have a nose for talent. I’d rather have Cole Anthony than Lamelo or Kemba and also rather have Wendell Carter than Mitch. The saddest part is, well, we could.
With that said, it’s a legitimate question: What would Obi look like after two years as a full time starting PF?

If he can not figure out how to shoot 3s and defend, he will look like a G-league player.

Or like Amare. What I was insinuating is that we aren’t aiming at or developing young talent appropriately.

I’d consider buying low. The upside could be amazing. Idk.

no way. at least we can still theoretically get out of RJ's contract, Porter is one of the worst contracts in the NBA there's no buying low on that

Before the draft I was itching for a backcourt of Frankfurter and Haliburger.
