Honestly hope thibs is gone at the end of the year!!!!!!!!!

he ain't going anywhere. just won COTY

I would love Kenny Atkinson tho

I second that. Hire Kenny and develop the kids.

Good lord. The Kenny Atkinson talk again. The best part of the Knicks being halfway decent last year was never hearing him and his magical development brought up again.

He looks NBA quick and a decent finisher. Definitely someone to keep an eye on cuz we all know Thibs loves quick guards that can get to the rim. That step back midrange at the end of the video was really nice.

What are some of y’all thoughts on Chet Holmgreen? He’s giving me Adam Morrison vibes tbh

That Smailagic / Poku / KP / Bol Bol combination of super skilled but physically weak hasn't worked out that great in the NBA so I'd lean towards bust if he's taken in the top 3.

those are some DEEP 3's

Love was a 5-star recruit last year. struggled as a freshman like Boston and Ziaire, but looks great so far this season

averaging 16.3 on .444/.405/.771 w/ a 2.27 TO/AST ratio

really like his potential w/ his shot creating ability

Outside of Ty Ty Washington, I didnt really care about to many PGs this year, but Caleb def looks like he has rebounded from last year. The Good thing he got going for him is that he is not a freshman so we might pick him lol.

Him and Benedict Mathurin would be a really good get. Its really hard to get excited for the draft. This FO and coach doesn't seem to care much about it.

love his game. plays both ends and can really shoot it, even off the dribble. IMO he's the perfect 4

What do you guys think about Benedict Mathurin. Great size and length. Pretty athletic and can shoot. Creation isn't the highest though but gives me Middleton vibes

The best wing for them in this draft would probably be Patrick Baldwin, but he is probably going top #5. Really high floor, to the point you got to look at him like Duarte and wonder can he add to his game. He moves and plays like a NBA vet, very in control and purposeful. His BBIQ might be better than his natural ability, but it’s clear he knows how to play. I guess like a less talented Lebron.

Ousmane Dieng might be worth the risk just because he should be there late lottery and has Star potential. Watching him play he moves and shoots like guys who occasionally drop 50 on opposing teams. He is really raw but at 18 playing against grown men you got to wonder how he look after 3 years of development. However, because this team revolves around Thibs I doubt they take on a project.

I would say Mathurin is a strong likelihood to be the pick. He doesn’t have a high ceiling but his floor is high, and he feels like a “scrappy” Thibs player. Reminds me a bit of Deng but not as big (which people always forget is what made him so tough as a wing). Doesn’t project to be a star but should have a good career and contribute to a winning culture.

He reminds me of a Luol Deng type of wing. I wish he was a little bit bigger because the physicality that makes him good in college won’t automatically translate because there is more size in the NBA. Definitely a Thibs type of player, but in my opinion the Knicks have a lot of Thibs types of players and need talent more.

Hardy is the kind of player we need: 3 level scorer w/ deep range. I know his #'s aren't looking great rn, but he's 18 and playing in the G-League against better competition than in college

Ok I like him…. Yeah we got talent at SG but if he is there I would be happy the Knicks took him. Flipside watching him I expect him to rise come draft time.

I think Hardy is better than the 10th best player and expect him to rise

2 of the top 3 prospects are PF's: Banchero, Smith and we've already got Randle and Obi. Personally, I like both better than what we've got, but drafting them would mean moving at least 1 of Randle/Obi

Ideally we can sell and pick up another lotto pick like the Magic did last year
