It’s that he has regressed , he isn’t in a position to succeed .
Julius an all nba player dealing with the same thing.

I rather RJ on the bench at this point instead of competing with Randle taking turns doing the same thing.

IQ and Burks better for for Randle waiting for double and kick it out garbage offense.

It was rumored elfruad had good chemistry with Julius etc.

Now he gone. Wonder if there is a Way to replicate that chemistry . Maybe get Julius more minutes with his more comfortable pointguard etc.

Obi now 4-24 .167 from 3 point. I guess that’s why the last play before half was Noel for the corner 3 - where Obi would normally be.

He made sure Julius got touches every single time down here and in New Orleans.

IQ may not have the tightest handle, but I love the fact that he doesn't commit turnovers, although his safe style of playmaking contributes to that.

He, Rose and Burks are just naturally talented. It just jumps off the screen.

We can trade for Elf again for a low cost. Mediocre player but brings out the best from the team's mvp.

i have no idea what the answer is for fixing the lineup, but i do think its the lineup.

another thing that irks me is that Fournier shouldnt be stuck in the corner and only allowed to run give n gos with randle. It's like he took Bullocks' spot and has no offensive responsibility. He should get more touches to create.

but i really think its gotta involve Mitch and Kemba.

Randle's touches need to be cut by 25%, give them to Fournier and RJ. that's what my answer would be.

This was the opposite of a moral victory.

I'm just not sure if that makes it an immoral victory or a moral loss.

Can we just give it back?
Just because it happened to you, doesn't make it interesting.

In theory, there is no difference between theory and practice. In practice, there is.

Yesterday I was lying; today I'm telling the truth.

we still looked our best when we let guards do their guard stuff.

ISO wandle is a failure
wandle post is mostly a failure but probably neutral in terms of value
Mitch being completely inept is an issue especially when we go ISO wandle or wandle post in q1 because Mitch's man can cheat always.

I have a real sneaky suspicion that taking Mitch out could fix a signficant part of the starting lineup's +/-.

RJ is more clutch than Randle tho.

He got benched bc IQ/Burks/Fournier was better. Randle never gets benched.

Randle 4-15
RJ 4-13

What are we comparing here? Burks/ IQ hitting shots off of Randles jump passes at an above average clip?

Randle is not good or clutch. RJ has been sucking too. Don’t make it seem like Randle good bc we beat the worst team in the league and he was 4-15

Not sure if we've been watching the same games, but when Mitch's man cheats, he gets lob opportunities. Missed a few tonight but was overall pretty dominant.

Issue is ball movement. Usually its 2 man games or iso's. Last year there was a ton of movement leading to a lot of good wide open looks. Randle used to penetrate and kick. Now he's been limiting himself to the perimeter

It wasn’t even an energy win lol we got lucky. Bulls will bring us back to earth, it’s been a trend all year. Beat a team with injuries or a bad team get on our high horse and get blown out or lose to a bum team. The upcoming schedule is brutal. We was supposed to have leeway we had an easy schedule to start.

this victory was like barely passing your final class to skate by your HS or college graduation.....

with that said, I can tell baby fever existed in all facets of the Knicks organization after last season.

Orlando gave Brooklyn all they handle at home last night. Unless you're the Warriors you can be beat if your team is not playing together.
The Cavs for example are a pesky team and so losing to them is not an embarrassment any more, same for Orlando.

BTW, Cole Anthony is playing with a huge chip after we blew them out in Orlando.

Any win gives a different energy which builds confidence on the team and trust in the staff.
