PG: Thibs not even trying anymore.

Post#1 » by BBALLER4FR » Sun Jan 2, 2022 10:57 pm

Well folks, we may as well write the remainder of the season off. It appears as once Randle isn't playing Thibs isn't coaching. Looking forward to next season...not really.

What do you expect? This roster isn't very good.

I would rather have watched a live stream of Clyde sipping daiquiris in St. Croix.

An attempt so they can grow and have confidence. They won' want to play for him at this rate (neither will any other player in the NBA). If that's what you want just to confirm your opinion, then watch it burn.

Thibs been trash. Cant wait to see the garbage trade Scott Perry and co come up with to get us the 15th pick.

Stop playing guys out of position and maybe run real plays? Can obi get a 2 man pick and roll on one side? Can IQ play off ball and focus on shooting? Can we stop going side to side like Fizdale offense? Can we run a down screen for Obi or RJ?

Thibsdale garbage and we still have no point guard. It is what it is, Ozark time.

Macri says we can get a late #1 for Burks. Do it.

Solid, unselfish game from Obi. Deuce clearly needs to work on his point guard play between now and next season. Grimes shot better after a rough patch.

Everyone else can go to hell.

I think Thibs doesn't care about the growth of the kids. He just wants extra batteries out there for when he's ready to re-incorporate Randle. His star player and a ton of garbagemen is the way he wants it.

When your frankentard coach is so bad he can take 11th best 3p shooting and produce the 25th best offense.

for all the ways we've used burks this year, what should have happened a while ago is starting him in the fournier role. the best you can hope for from fournier at this point is for him to heat check off the bench. honestly, if kemba can get the DNP treatment for defense, idk why fournier (who is capable of way less on offense as well) can't

The Randle haters might be the least knowledgeable group of posters in this boards history. Impressive stuff this season fellas.

That was probably the worst game I've ever watched.

Ppl who wanted DD, FVF would be that level for us. You can worry about your precious overromanticized picks later. I'll give you a towel to cry in.

You're not getting rid of Evan and Julius and you probably shouldn't get rid of RJ or Obi casually.

If Raps want RJ instead of Grimes, well whatever. But only one of those two.

Watching these kids without Randle makes me think they should rest him for the rest of the season and get a higher pick. Seriously, nobody is holding the young players back from being great- Yall dont want to admit that. I thought someone like RJ, Obi or IQ could step up and fill what Randle gave us when he played well instead they have been terrible against starting competition.

Cool. Tell us why with your future-alien level knowledge Randle is awesome, besides his relentless effort on defense and great attitude on the bench.

Here's his current shooting efficiency against the league average.
