No it has not and it needs to be. Maybe we could start with national legislation outlawing militias. I haven’t research this issue as it has first amendment right to freedom of association implications. But c’mom, no one should have a right to associate with others for illegal or racial purposes.

Yeah except this guy like dylann roof wasn’t in a militia he was just radicalized into fascism and his manifesto says the same “white replacement” stuff that Tucker Carlson repeatedly says on tv every night to millions of people which encourages exactly this type of stochastic terrorism. The First Amendment has become part of the problem. There are certain kinds of speech that incite threats to civil society. The 'white replacement' rhetoric has to be quashed, as do the other paranoid delusions being spread by a certain style of for-profit media.
