you know that is not how thibs operates...his starters play huge minutes...its always the case.

Elf has to play bad nearly the entire season for him finally to limit his minutes in the playoffs

This is just continuing with the obvious disconnect between the coach and the front office, and the continual dysfunction from the top on down in this franchise..
