So this is what happens when guys aren't held accountable for not giving effort on the gamethread side of the court?

Is this the game thread? Just like the Knicks I guess. Inconsistent and lackluster.

No kidding. There are people in a deli making sammiches that think there is a glut and an unbalanced roster that needs to be addressed. They are treading water until one day a star pops up out of nowhere. Flexible asset pool and a playoff level team. Shift around some chairs on the life boat and pray. This is what it is. Unless miraculously one of these kids we have becomes a star.

When the opportunity presents itself I'm sure they are geared to move some players around. I think the Villanova trio is safe unless a team asks. I think Grimes and/or IQ + picks and Evan will be the base of any trades this season. If a big name pops up...then it changes things. The market will heat up in due time. I wouldn't expect any mind blowing trades the way things look right now.

my 9 game win streak was just a single tweet embedded in each op. minimalism has a place in the culture imo...no offense to those who put a lot of effort into making photoshops and stuff i appreciate the can-do attitude lol

I usually agree with Zach Lowe but I think he's way off here.

The Knicks have only beaten one good team all season - the Miami Heat - and that was after a miracle comeback.

They haven't looked like they can stand toe to toe with any of the better teams in the East so I have no idea how he thinks they'll make the Conference Finals.

I think they're severely mediocre and, worst of all, boring and unexciting to watch on a nightly basis.
