Will we be able to get the 3rd seed and 50+ wins?

Both would be great accomplishments and would position us nicely for a ECF run… but is it realistic? When is Spida returning?

He's back already I think. They had a loss to Houston yesterday.

If this team is 100% in Round 1, seeding does not matter.

Cavs have tougher schedule.. I am cautiously optimistic we will get the 3rd seed.

Reminded me of the realcavsfans forum so wanted to check it out, they’re certainly watching the Knicks. Found it funny they think Hart was serious:

Interesting postgame comments from Josh Hart when they asked him about Brunson. He didn’t want to comment and reluctantly said he was happy that he was in elite company with Melo, Bernard King and Ewing as the only Kicks to have back to back 40 point games….but then said without a hint of sarcasm that he wished he would’ve passed the ball more.

As long as it does not lead to the Knicks facing Miami in round # 1. On paper we might be better than them, but they always manage to crank up the volume in the playoffs. They definitely freak me out more than Boston.

If we win the next two we could go 10-5 and reach 50 since the following four games are weaker teams.

Odds are we don’t

The 4th seed will probably be us or the magic

I think we’ll be 4

Cavs have to lay an egg to lose third

The only thing that scares me about Miami is that they will intentionally try to re-injure our guys.

with Boston being our real opponent to reach the NBA Finals it doesnt matter when you meet them… unless we were healthy all season and OG was here since October to be able to fight for the Top Seed

This team if healthy is dangerous but we need all the help we can get with seeding—specifically, we need an easy first round while our future opponents need all-out war in earlier rounds.

Yeah... I think 50 wins and the 4th seed is the a pretty realistic outcome... I'd love that 3rd seed though to give us our best chance to make it to the ECF and to give our guys time to heal up somewhat before facing Boston (if we get that far).

I had us at 53 wins to start the season. Fuggin injuries really put that out of reach. If everyone came back healthy today we wouldn't hit that mark but, we had a shot at that and then some with a healthy squad after the Precious trade.

Doesn’t really matter. As it stands now, facing the Magic Rd1 and Celtics Rd2 vs the Pacers Rd1 and Bucks/Heat Rd2 makes no difference.

Option 1 is an easier Rd1 matchup, but harder Rd2, but no matter what, it looks like Boston is gunna have a pretty cushy path to the ECF so it might be better to face them sooner than later.
