If Brunson is sober this game, the Knicks are blowing them out.

Brunson WILL bounce back get his usual efficient 30+ and we dog walk them back to philly. Philly thinks they “locked up” our guy.

Brunson needs to be more patient in Game 2. If they're sending 3 defenders when he gets into the paint, move the ball and get it back. Make their defense shift. If they wanna give up open threes to guys that can shoot them, that's their problem. But all those highly contested twos over two or three defenders is not going to help.

35 years is a long time since we faced each other in the playoffs....and this is what I mentioned back in 2019: viewtopic.php?f=24&t=1806229&start=80&hilit=process

Philly fan coming in peace.....Mitchell Robinson got dog in him especially on D, and ya'll are finally getting somewhat of a fresh reboot. Yall will be pretty good in 2 years, I trust u will....take this as someone who endured and embraced the Process

And look where y'all are now :) This is gonna be a wire-to-wire series....may the battle for I-95 be joined!!

Brunson needs to play the role that Jason Kidd did in the playoffs back in the early 00's.

Sixers honestly didn't have any special plans for Brunson. They guarded him exactly the same way they did in the regular season. Oubre was just a lot more physical. Brunson had plenty of good looks that normally fall. I fully expect him to bounce back game 2. It was nice to see 7 rebounds and 7 assists out of him when he knew he didn't have it going.

100% I think they threw their best at him and we withstood it…I hope they game plan around game 4, watch DDV and OG explode from the perimeter

There were a few looks early on where I felt he definitely forced it in the face of their coverage, he seemed to be pressing/had the yips. But to your point, he made sure to keep contributing even when the shots weren't there. I expect a 35 point performance in Game 2.

Who thought Josh would become the Knicks' most reliable double double guy ever? 21 regular season plus another 6 triple doubles. And a double double last night.

I think we’ll see Donte and OG get theirs this game. We have too many high level role-players to truly gameplan for

I hope we see our guards attack the rim more in game 2. Embiid is choosing when to jump and when not to. When to give 100% effort and when not to. When to defend and when not to. Attack the hell outta him and see how he responds. If anything it could put him in some foul trouble. We can't live and die by the jump shot when their only interior defender is hobbling around on one leg. Gotta be aggressive.
