Do we really need a centre tho? I think we need a stretch 4/5. I'd be interested in what Davis Bertans might be chasing after being waived by Charlotte.

yes we need a center. Mitch misses up to 30 games a season...who is starting or playing a big role when Mitch is hurt? And who is on the team to keep mitch's minutes down to keep him fresh and as healthy as possible.

And please don't say Jericho Sims...

I do have my thoughts on this. I think a lot of potential moves are being held up on the Jazz decision with Lauri Markkanen. For example I don't think the Jazz are making any other offloading moves before they figure out what they will do with him.

I'm okay with Mitch/Hukporti/Sims to start the season with the option to play smaller too. This team has a good size window, at this point it might be best to see what we got then adjust again from there.

Has it ever come out if it was Isaiah/his agent or Leon/our front office as the reason he only got a 2 year deal, thus no full bird rights?

If it came from Isaiah/his agent then they were clearly betting on themselves and knew there could be a possibility we wouldn’t be able to re-sign him.

It it came from Leon/our front office then clearly we made a huge mistake.

There is no way we just gave up so many assets for OG and Mikal to go into the season with only Mitch at center. We cannot count on the last pick in the draft Ariel or Jericho/Precious.

We definitely have something brewing, but I dont think we have the assets to get Kessler and we dont have any big tradeable contracts anymore after Bojan. It’s going to have to be an under the radar guy we’re not thinking of, or we wait until the deadline/offseason.

well buckle up, cause this very well likely could be it!

Let's see how Hukporti's summer league goes at least, but would say, if anything were to happen to Mitch earlier in the year, I would be sick thinking about the leverage another team could have as we try to deal for a fill in. You'd need Precious as that second small ball 4/5 at minimum.

My heart hurts just imagining it...

Kessler on ESPN. Announcers say he has to work on passing out the paint, rebounding, and facing up.

Seems like they treating him like Frank Ntilikina.
