Discussion of these two former Knicks is ON TOPIC for this game thread and post game thread, particularly as it pertains to the game at hand. Off comments such as "Man, I miss Donte" or "Man, I do not miss Donte" are also fair game. Discussion of other former active Knicks and extended opuses/side conversations about the trade that landed those two players on Minny is derailment.

The mod team is working on a solution where those kinds of side conversations can go on unfettered as it's certainly a discussion that some posters want to be having.

I respect the Wolves defense with Gobert in the middle. But all that holding struggling teams to under 100 isn't going to work here. Going to see to big games from our big 5 with Gobert needing to stick to KAT on the perimeter.

Would like to see OG attack Randle on defense.

Looking forward to this game also revealing who is rocking with the Knicks and who is pulling for the ops.

You reminded me of one of the stories of this series...What point will Kat make against Gobert? There's this notion that Kat was
more of the issue than Gobert...

I agree with this...

Randle/Donte are gonna have something to prove. Edwards is a beast. KAT is going to feel some kind of way. We need to prove we made he right trade and Thibs hates losing more than losing hates losing.

It's actually become incredibly fvxking tedious. I no longer open threads, any threads, where metal insect is the latest poster because of the high probability that the conversation is ****.

I was big Randle fan and wanted him to ultimately shut the haters up, but KAT’s won me over, big time, this dude has brought a level of dog to NY I didn’t think he had in him…

Yeah with Kat...you can tell he was a childhood Knick fan and playing for this team means a lot to him. Pairing him with Brunson is so underrated but it wont be in a couple of months...

To your point- I never imagined Kat would be one of my favorite players...
