Optimum is such a garbage service. I still use them for internet because I'm too lazy to switch over to FIOS. I probably should make that a to do for the year.
Direct TV stream is much better

Dropped optimum internet a year ago, it went out frequently but we had no other options until Verizon finally came available.

Optimum is severely bad, even when Cablevision rebranded it. I dropped it a decade ago after they dropped ESPN the 1st time. Never went back after getting FiOS, which I dropped the cable side 2 years ago and stayed on the internet and used IPTV ever since.

There is a guy at work who says for $400 he can make it so I'll get everything including all sports and all apps (Neflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Apple, ect) on an android media box or firestick but I don't trust him.

Can you recommend an IPTV and how much it'll cost? I really just wanna have the Knicks on MSG, Giants, SNY, TNT, TBS, USA.

I mean, FWIW, it does sound possible from what I've heard, lol.

I wish I knew more about IPTV, I just never know which ones are legit and which are scams. And I heard they can get taken down and you just kinda lose your money.
Is there any good IPTV services that have good support for built-in TV operating systems so I can avoiding having to add some sort of android box to every TV in my house if I was to go the IPTV route?
I also would want like super high quality streams, because I have good internet I wanna be able to use it to its max capabilities.

I didn't expect them to drop it that quickly. I honestly had no idea this was happening until the game the other night. So what are the options to get MSG now? I've had Optimum forever. Does FIOS carry MSG?

In my experience this happens with MSG and TV providers quite often

Anyone have FUBO? Trying to find options bc my town can't get FIOS cable. What other services can I get that will have MSG and YES during baseball season?

I use both. FIOS 300 MBPS up and down is $49.xx/month.
DirecTV stream has gotten more expense, just like all the others, but at least it has high quality and carries the Knicks. I use an Apple TV box and it works great. What upsets me is the Gotham App. It is rough around the edges and sometimes they do a split screen with a commercial so that the audio cuts off the game audio. I heard this happen to Breen 2 games ago.
Also, Gotham is about 15 seconds behind real time (can tell the score changes on my Apple Sports app 15 seconds before I seen the play in Gotham).
But DirecTV Stream carries the same game, about 20 seconds behind Gotham. Ugh! Then again, I get YES from DIrecTV stream, and so Gotham has Nets games. I don't want to see them and want to remove them, but I can't. PITA, Gotham. (It's too easy to choose the wrong games on Gotham.)

Gotham is the standalone that has MSG and YES at $360 per year.
