Steaming Services for Live Knicks Games

Hello,

I recently cancelled my TV cable provider. I was wondering what streaming services can be used to watch Knicks Games? I was hoping to purchase League Pass but wasn't sure if Knicks games will be live on there? I saw Gotham Sports but it seems a bit pricing at $29.99 a month. Any suggestions?

Thank you!

DirecTV Stream has MSG, but it's going to be $80 - $120/month. Ouch

I have directtv stream but you need the middle tier to get msg and yes. Costs me 115 a month. It’s really convenient for my commutes on NJT cuz they’ve got an app. I’ve been fubo tv curious, it has msg and the rest of cable and supposedly cheaper than direct tv.

look into league pass...some of the games are blocked out depending on where you live...not sure about those details but its easy to look into...

I think the Gotham app stopped allowing new subscriptions. I can't find anywhere to subscribe. Anyone else seeing this?

I have the Gotham sports app for free as my daughter is an Optimum sunscriber. They kicked off MSG completely. There's an option to pay to get it back?

There are subscription plans you can purchase directly with them (avoiding a cable subscription), I think monthly was like $30. However I do not see any option to purchase a subscription.

I use the app for travel when I'm out of state working. I have MSG on DirecTV now so when I am home I'm good. Haven't been traveling much this season so....not sure I'm gonna pay. Currently staying at my daughter's for New Year's and she has Optimum. So, I'm just gonna wait it out. I can't imagine Optimum not having MSG again.

League pass offers are currently pretty fair I would say. Here in Europe it is about 150 Euros (about 170 U.S. Dollar) for the entire season---almost all games included. It depends on which country one lives in....in poorer income countries the cost can be pretty low with league pass....like maybe even 50 U.S. dollars for the entire season....make out of this what you want

League Pass unfortunately doesn't let NYC people use it to watch Knicks games, which is really dumb tbh

get yourself an onn android box at walmart for $50 (DO NOT buy off brand crap from amazon)

go here to learn some stuff: troypoint.com/iptv (there's also reddit and many youtube vids on the subject)

I also recommend the tivimate app as your UI on the android box, and pay for pro version.

Then I take the doohickey and plug it in to the frizznary and push the whoosie wattsit!

A few of my friends got into the Nvidia and all of the cut the cord stuff. The did the builds on fire stick when that was blowing up. I never got into it. Now it's all so evolved and I have yet to look into any of it.

Nvidia Shield is is still top of the line even though it hasn't been updated in years. it's what I have.
onnbox is more than sufficient for the price, I bought one to test it. firestick is too slow imho.

it's not that hard man. once you pay for a service it's just a matter of inputting a URL address with a login and password.
you connect the box with an HDMI just like any other peripheral. once you're into it, you'll be asking why you waited so long.

the stuff that's a little more involved is using kodi on the android box. which I also get down on, but iptv is not that difficult to get running. there's a shyt ton of walkthroughs on YT.

I have a thing called the pendulum I think? Friend took my fire sticks and gave me this thing. It worked better than the sticks but, I never updated it and it just sits in a drawer. Is that good enough or? I remember doing the install with my boy over the phone back then and it really wasn't that hard. I just never got into it.

Fubo is the cheapest legal option I believe to view MSG and more.
