I don't like the idea of Thibs vs Spo in a series, so avoid that one, regardless of whether they have talent. The Magic suck, but they're most likely to injure someone on our team, Cole Anthony is the bone collector. So that leaves Pistons & Pacers, revenge would be nice but again, I don't trust Tom in a series vs Rick.


So, Pistons, black Thibs vs white Bickerstaff should be cool.

I believe those Teams don't matter if we meet them in the first round. We will prevail alone by the gap of talent. But the second round will be almost a sweep. We stand no chance the way we are currently playing.
Good news is - it cant get worse. Maybe we gain some momentum like we did last year. This time right when the post season starts.

I want the Heat because we are going to beat them silly, but the reality is they play dirty and Bam is probably going to take out KAT and Brunsons ankles so it will hurt us round 2. Rather the Pacers or Pistons and have a nice healthy, but harder fought, win.

The Magic for a number of reasons

1. They're in Orlando so I would be able to go to some of the games.

2. Knicks have homecourt advantage in Orlando. I don't know if Orlando fans will finally get fed up with Knicks fans and start fights.

3. They don't seem to have a playmaking point guard. Paolo and Franz lead the team with 4.9 apg each.

4. They're a very weak 3pt shooting team. Moritz Wagner is their best 3pt shooter at 36%, but he's out right now. The rest of their guys shoot below 35%.

Don't forget the Hawks. They are 1 game ahead of the Heat in the standings.

Realistically, it looks like we are going to be the 3 seed and will playing the 6 seed.

The Heat and Hawks are too far behind in the standings to catch-up.
Also, the Magic have been playing like crap for awhile now and likely wont make any crazy leaps in this last batch of games.

With the way the Pistons have been playing, I see them ending with a 4/5 seed.
That leaves the Pacers/Bucks. Neither one will be a lay-up in the first round.

Pacers can get hot from deep and we have trouble scoring against the Bucks length.

I think the Bucks will land the 4th Seed. I read somewhere that the Bucks have the easier upcoming schedule. Detroit and Indiana basically have the same difficulty in schedule.
