I'm guessing, Kat will play, Mitch will rest. Other than that, pretty much the lineup we saw today, maybe a bit less Precious.

Kolek broke 20 minutes for the first time. The kid is a keeper. Shamu had a nice game. McCuller got to walk on the court a little bit.

This season so far against the Cleve's

10/20 home: Lost 110:104 (can we blame that one on the refs?)
2/21 away: Lost 142:105. That one wasn't very pretty

Will they beat us by 37 again? What's the over/under on that?

Go Knicks.

Won't be easy. Without Mitch how can Precious not play as much as tonight, especially against a twin towers team? Assuming Kat and Cavs are healthy I mean. Might be a scheduled loss to just play everyone and come out healthy, but Thibs would never. He'll play the starters a lot. We might even have a good first half before fading in the second from fatigue.

We have a dumb team.

I don't like our chances on a b2b without brunson. But not saving mitch for this game was foolish. Another classic example of our coach making it harder than it has to be for our team to win.

I thought that too, but here me out:

Just rest KAT and secure the win the team can win, which is the 76ers. Reduce that magic # for the 4th seed.

Because KAT or no KAT, Mitch or no Mitch, there's ZERO way this Knicks team is beating a rested Cavs team where the Knicks are on the 2nd night of a back to back, and traveling.

Rest Mitch, take the total bitch slap beat down that is coming, and move on to the next winnable game against a team that isn't good.

I'd like to see Thibs spread the minutes. Shamet, Kolek, McCuller, OK, maybe not Precious. But use the bench early and often. I know he won't, but I'd like to see it.

We can't just be fully healthy with Mitch ready to go tomorrow night? Like...really? I am not looking forward to facing this team shorthanded on the second night of a B2B. Karl banged up. Mitch can't play. Precious looked checked out tonight. We don't have anyone else healthy on the roster. This could be about as ugly as it gets.

This schedule is insane. B2B B2Bs then BOS followed by another B2B @DET then CLE at home.....AGAIN! WHO THE FUQ?

We were 44-31 at this point last season.

I like the logic here. I mean, I still want to see Mitch and Kolek on the court at the same time at some point before April 13th, but it doesn't have to be against the Cavs tomorrow.

the one variable that has changed in this matchup is that, finally, this time, i won't be watching the game from work. i think we're gonna take the win

Realistic take by Josh, can't argue. I'd rather concede the loss and give McCullar and Dadiet minutes, just see what happens . And what became of Beauchamp? Has he played a minute since he threw himself the ball off the board for a dunk?

Rotate guys in, reduce OG Mikal and Josh's minutes. But I know Thibs will play them extra minutes instead

Take out the excuses in the title of the game thread. Even if you’re right it’s a soft mentality
