Maybe the return of the captain so he can be on his way get his 65 games to qualify for awards at the end of the season. Let’s go Knicks !!!.
I will only cherish the wins and ignore everything else, because that's the only way to survive as a Knicks fan.

Why does ATL not show a play in berth next to their name
In the standings? Do they somehow still have a chance at the 6 seed? I’d much rather face MIL if it mattered to me who we faced

I guess we can expect to see less Delon Wright with injured players coming back.
According to MSN, these minutes will be needed for Donte Devincenzo and Julius Randle:

Knicks about to get passed by the Pacers for 3rd place, as yet another Thibs team limps into the post season.

Pistons aren't beating the Knicks in the 1st round if we fall to 4.

But even if the Knicks go down in the 1st round to the Pistons as they say, I'd rather go out in a hard fought 7 game series against that young, hungry team than get swept by the Celtics in 2nd round, losing by an average of 30 points.

Let the Pacers wear the Celts down chasing around that fast paced team ....maybe the Pacers even upset them.

Then....with a fully healthy team, we beat the fraud Cavs and can see the winner in the ECF.

If we could avoid the Pistons, that would be ideal since they are likely to start a fight and/or hurt someone with their physicality. We should win, but it will be a tiring ordeal. It would be better for us if another top team had to go through them to wear them down a bit.

I'd sit KAT out in this one and play him tomorrow. Play Mitch today and sit him out against the Suns.

And I'm not worried at all about the Pistons. We'll beat them in 5 if we are healthy.

Actual contenders beat whomever they face. If we have to wish for easier paths to the Finals then we're not contenders.

If the Knicks don't face the Bucks, they aren't getting out of the 1st round, since they can't beat the Pistons. Or really, any other playoff team.

They'll still lose in the 2nd round, no matter who they play.

Actually, I don't care. Just pointing out what will happen for those that are still interested.

Pistons 4, Knicks 1.

Pistons will gentleman sweep the Knicks.

This Knicks team doesn't defend, its offense has been solved, and Thibs can't adjust.

I don't think Brunson will let this happen. We should be able to escape the first round. We will get swept in the second however.
