I believe this series will be a legendary comeback and the Knicks will make it to the NBA Finals

Start: Wright on Hali, Brunson on Nemhard, Mikal on Neismith, OG on Siakam, KAT on Turner. Switch everything except on Hali... fight through the screens and make him take contested shots. Pick him up full court with Wright.

Bench: Hart, Deuce, Shamet, Mitch with a short leash on Hart.

Sub KAT out after 4-5 mins of play then bring him back in the 2nd quarter when JB is sitting.

Run the offense through KAT in the low post, even when Brunson is out there. When KAT is on the bench, use Mikal and OG in the post against Hali and Nemhard as often as possible. When the doubles come, and they will, find the open shooters.

Pound them on the boards and pound them in the paint. Always get back on defense and slow them down by picking them up full court. Slow the game to a grind like in game 3.

Thibs will do none of these things and we will lose.

The pain will be over soon, folks.

Thibs needs to take a page outta Phil Jackson’s book. Desperate times… switch it up n give these dudes some inspiration. The works. Movie clips, meditation, visualization, mindfulness, even a damn Native American sweat lodge ceremony… all that. The whole team, coach included. Start fresh.

I want to see one of our perimeter defenders man up and actually give Hali some real trouble on defense.

I'm still not convinced that Hali is really built like that..dude is a clown.

i was pretty much 100% checked out but **** it i'm riding w/ jeff one last time

lay it all on the line in the garden and make these frauds feel some pressure going back to the farmlands

Hart first 2 series - 41.9% on 3.6 3PA
Hart this series - 28.6% on 1.8 3PA

The 8 points in 9 seconds year we went down 3-1. Won game 5 at home, won game 6 on the road, Ewing missed the finger roll in Game 7.

this team has the will power to do it. All they have to do is win this game at the garden. Once they do that - then the
closeout pressure is back on Indy.

Another approach we could take--since Thibs loves Hart so much--is to start out with OG on Haliburton to try to break through most of their screens (better than Mikal can) in the hopes that OG can at least slow Hali down somewhat. Then Mikal covers Siakam (fronting him in the post, mostly) and we hope that we can stimmy their offense enough to keep things close with this starting 5 (Mitch goes back to the bench).

Then, we come at them with defense and hustle with the 2nd unit (Mitch, Deuce, Shamet, Wright) and stagger JB and KAT as much as possible.

Thibs wouldn't dare...

Thibs likely coaching for his job, he should feel free to try anything he wants this game, show us your genius.
