not sure how promising a prospect he is, but he is technically a draft night acquisition invited to SL.
camp body? someone with immediate potential? long-term?
haven't been following him, but so far i like the big dink energy if nothing else. kid doesn't lack for confidence and intention.
what we thinking here?

It seems like we drafted French Obi and now we've invited mini-Obi to the SL team. He's fun to watch, but if he were really good, he'd already be playing somewhere. Maybe he can be one of the last guys on the bench and if we have a great developmental coach, he could develop a shot and become a role player. Or if not, at least this board will have fun watching him slam dunk all over Summer League.

Fun guy for the Westchester Knicks
Potential to grow into an end-of the rotation guy if developed right, like 3-4 years down the road.

Dink 'Forcemeat' Pate...kinda has a ring to it...

Correct. And pate is "a spreadable paste made from finely ground or pureed meat."
