Like I keep saying

Some dudes are overly emotional. Let their feelings get in the way of logic and reason

If you can get a player of LeBron's caliber, even at 41, on a minimum contract, that is insane value

But he didn't want to sign here in 2010 because he was trying to escape incompetent management, so therefore some dudes have spent their entire adult lives personally slighted by everything he does. Weirdo behavior.

If we're talking a hypothetical where we get Lebron for free? Yes

If we're talking about giving up any real assets for him? No

Weird or not, I don't want him wearing a Knicks uniform. We've finally become a title contender, and the last thing I want is this guy to claim the glory for himself if we were to win.

I just can't root for the guy at all.

LeBron for free or for the min is not an option and not a poll option.

Don't want him to use the Knicks to build his resume.

Of course I'd take him for the minimum if he's waived. I don't want to rent his old ass for a year if it means giving up assets we'll need in the following years to compete. Just not worth it because there's no way of knowing if he'll be as good as we give up, even for the one year. As bodies age, things happen. One year you're fine, the next it's achilles. Or ACL. Or whatever. Tatum was fine until... Hali was fine until... Give up too many assets and you can't survive that kind of injury.

That’s some ignorant shyt right there lol. Assuming one of the most polarizing players in the history of sports is only hated by Knick fans because of 2010 is so stupid. There’s a laundry list of reasons why people can’t stand this guy, and it’s not limited to Knick fans at all.

We’re so close to a title, especially with the major injuries crippling our competition in the East. To have him do his usual piggie backing to a title here is something that isn’t appealing to people who aren’t fanboys of his and those of us that have some dignity.

The guy just created a big issue complaining about ring culture, and a day later is looking to jump ship to chase another ring  . He’s fake as fuq. Not desperate enough to taint our first title with that phony… our guys can get it done without him.

Yah...there's a lot of reasons to dislike Lebron. It's not just one thing.

Despite all that, I'll still take Lebron on this team. As a minimum player? Yes. Come on over. Hells yes.

I'm sure you can find plenty if you spend 15 years making up reasons to dislike him because you're the one fanbase that hasn't gotten over him not signing with you in 2010.

Didn’t someone say you just started watching ball a couple years ago? Guess you’re not aware of all the reasons NBA fans don’t like him. Would explain this trolling twisted logic

LeBron choosing not to come to the Knicks is 100% his choice and his right. I am way over that, and I am sure others are as well. He was not obligated to sign here. But the reason why he would choose to come NOW is one of the reasons why he can stay where he is.

He can keep his drama, baggage, and Klutch Sports elsewhere.

You know what this reminds me of? It reminds me of the dudes that say Knicks fans only dislike Randle because he put his thumbs down at Knicks fans.

The Decision was ages ago. The Knicks' fanbase's reaction to the Decision was ages ago too. Get over it.

Like I said, if he ever chooses to come here, I'll take him.

I’m open to lebron but i definitely understand why some people dislike him. But saying that 2010 is the only excuse why people hate him is trolling.

And like I told you before when we discussed this, you were obviously really young and weren't even a fan from 2008-2010 and didn't experience what happened so your opinion doesn't count.

For those who did experience it, you all know all too well how LeBum teased and flirted about coming here for two years only to make the decision to sign with our most hated rival in our back yard. If you were around that time and are a diehard fan, it's nothing something you forget or forgive.
