We're not saying we're contenders outloud, the pundits are. But I can understand why.

I'm not sure about Kat, but the one thing I've noticed is Brunson doesn't quite seem like he can get into the lane like he used to.

Is he tired? Older and slowing down? Have teams started to get more physical and scouted him differently?

I don't know but I am worried. I won't feign ignorance.

I’d say Thibs schemed him open more than Brown is doing because Brunson needs that screen or pick to get that half step on players but he’s elite at using that. Hopefully Brown isn’t thick headed and thinks Brunson is like Maxey or Morant and just beats people off the dribble whenever.

It’s not an excuse for Brunson or any wish to return to Thibs one player centric offense, just that a good offense with Brunson will take that into account and also get more involvement and 3s from everyone else

Not too excited, particularly after seeing Brown not calling plays on offense.

wasn't that just for one game as an intentional exercise?

Thought it was all preseason? Either one seems like a bad idea, but if it’s just one game that’s not as bad.

People can't spell? It's fiending. As in fiend.

Fervent interest: This usage describes someone who is extremely passionate about a hobby, interest, or even a food, like a "workout fiend" or someone who is a "fiend for bacon".

Wish we had never traded for Towns. We were the best team in January before the trade.
