In the meantime it will be good to test out how we look without him this year. We have won without him before and we should remain competitive

I'm hoping Towns has an opportunity to shine in Brunson's absence ...and have it carry over post Brunsons return.

I’d probably go Deuce at PG, Mikal, OG, Towns, Mitch which is a very formidable defensive starting lineup
Kolek another shot at backup PG, Clarkson, Shamet, Hart and Hukporti/Yabu. We have the talent to win

I expect our ball movement and assist numbers should improve without him and give us more of an opportunity to display the new offensive principles.

I don’t really think it will because Deuce can barely run point and Kolek is a g leaguer. We will get more touches on offense for Mikal and Towns but I think it’ll be a lot of iso and I’m more banking on the defensive upgrade of him being out as the upside. Or getting a Clarkson that’s hitting everything because he should see more attempts too

I hope Spo has a big pick him up every time he crosses half court so he's contested on all his trailing 3s and he winds up shooting 1-8 from downtown.
