Brunson less Knicks will suck. Loss by 20+. Enjoy the asskicking.

Thankfully Brunson’s injury is only a mild sprain and it sounds like the boot and crutches thing were just precautionary. He should be back soon enough. In the meantime it will be good to test out how we look without him this year. We have won without him before and we should remain competitive

I'm hoping Towns has an opportunity to shine in Brunson's absence ...and have it carry over post Brunsons return.

I’d probably go Deuce at PG, Mikal, OG, Towns, Mitch which is a very formidable defensive starting lineup

Kolek another shot at backup PG, Clarkson, Shamet, Hart and Hukporti/Yabu. We have the talent to win

Yes I like that and yes we do have the talent to win.

I expect our ball movement and assist numbers should improve without him and give us more of an opportunity to display the new offensive principles.

I don’t really think it will because Deuce can barely run point and Kolek is a g leaguer. We will get more touches on offense for Mikal and Towns but I think it’ll be a lot of iso and I’m more banking on the defensive upgrade of him being out as the upside. Or getting a Clarkson that’s hitting everything because he should see more attempts too

Start Clarkson and Deuce in the backcourt

What a statline....WIlt was almost like stacking SHAQ, WEMBY and Jokic into one player.

Hopefully not. I've been told his selfishness ruins the Knicks team play. A 20 game sample size should be sufficient to prove otherwise. Let's go!

They should call that the AC Green lineup because it completely lacks penetration.

For those who don't know the backstory:

Spoiler:
Walt "Clyde" Frazier famously remarked on A.C. Green's legendary "iron man" streak by saying, "But A.C. didn't believe in fornicating, Mike," during a broadcast, reports Paul Knepper. This quote, a reference to Green's status as a virgin, became one of Frazier's many memorable and unique "Clydeisms"

Since Brunson kills ball movement and he's a minus defender I think the Knicks should seriously consider trading him.

Your truly

I hope Spo has a big pick him up every time he crosses half court so he's contested on all his trailing 3s and he winds up shooting 1-8 from downtown.

Not really...less predictable = "More dangerous". If they didn't respect Brunson he'd get treated like Josh Hart from behind the 3pt arc.
