Sounds like an original beat... whoever is the original producer of this song likely composed it. Probably Lil Jon.

it starts at around 16 seconds into the song, its definitely not original..its like from some techno song

Destination Calabria is the name of the track.. Damn shame, Reggaeton has gone and ruined that track which was once pretty cool.

Destination Calabria is not the original either. That came out this summer. The original is by Enur and its called Calabria. It was just an instrumental house song back in 2003/2004, no lyrics. Since then there's been the a house "reggae" version under "Enur featuring Natajsa, the Destination Calabria version featuring Crystal Waters and the Pitbull version.
