If we lost to stinking Kings this way how much are we going to be down by half time in this game?

30 would be the logical choice.

Anything short of 30 points is an embarrassment for the Spurs.

I'm actually going to predict the Knicks by 5.

Half the Spurs team miss the game with food poisoning and the other half decide to take in a Broadway show instead of show up at the Garden. The Spurs coaching staff ends up having to suit up and after a hard fought game, the Knicks win 95-90. Gregg Popovich scores a career high 42.

...and Isiah then trades Lee for Artest saying we are one player away from a championship and fulfilling his legacy.

Guys, keep in mind my Spurs are battling injuries right now. Our second best player (Manu) is out with a finger problem, Bones Barry is also out. That's almost all of our bench scoring and two of our best 3 point shooters that shoot us out of scoring slumps. Plus, two of our best ball handlers that mask our backup PG problem. :-(

Our backup (sometimes starting) center Elson is also out.

We've called up 3 or 4 NBDL guys the last couple of weeks just trying to get warm bodies.

Our scoring ability should be an issue. Should make it a nice, ugly game that can go either way. Unless the Knicks lay down for us.

Good luck!

^^

Knicks just lost by 10 to a Sacramento team which was without 4 of their starters. They were down as many as 24 at one point. As someone mentioned before, you could play the Spurs coaching staff against us and it would still be as you put it, "a nice, ugly game that can go either way."

About 30 if most of the Spurs play.
